M11 Business Link

M11 Business Link is amongst a number of commercial developments we have promoted for Frogmore with a mixed media campaign involving a launch event and on-going public relations; local, regional and trade press advertising; targeted mailings to commercial property agents and potential occupiers, websites and printed sales literature.

M11 Business Link was also the site on which we launched ‘Freezehold’, a flexible arrangement that allowed potential purchasers to lease with a view to buy at a later date – at the original purchase price. The promotion has proved extremely successful and has played a major role in the schemes success.
